As a global consultant, Linda has advised hundreds of executives for thousands of hours from twelve different countries. She has helped them do the following: 

  • Use feedback to leverage strengths and mitigate weaknesses to improve performance—yours, your team’s, and the organization’s.
  • Create a development plan to address leadership effectiveness in critical areas: strategic focus, achieving results, influencing others, delegation, and time mastery.
  • Discover how to adapt to new responsibilities, reduce destructive behavior, improve retention, enhance teamwork, and support organizational change.

Linda has developed a unique, proprietary approach to helping leaders improve. After assessing your decision-making and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of leadership, and relevant personality characteristics, she will conduct 360 interviews to determine what behaviors help and hinder your best performance. 

With these data in mind, Linda will provide confidential, one-on-one feedback. To ensure ongoing commitment and focus, you will receive follow-up coaching to help you leverage your strengths and address specific challenges.
