Coaching Pre-Qualifying Survey

For each of the following, assign a score of 1-4, with four representing clear evidence of this behavior or tendency and a track record of exceeding expectations and general performance standards.

21. Demonstrates customer orientation.

22. Track record of excellent hiring.

23. Takes charge and makes things happen.
