Mentoring Program

    Home Mentoring Program

    Over the last 15 years, Alan Weiss has created the most comprehensive and dramatic mentoring community in the world. The program has over 1,000 “graduates,” and scores of “post-graduates” (those who have signed up for an additional term). A conservative estimate is that mentor program graduates have generated more than $700 million dollars in revenue for themselves and billions of dollars for their clients.

    Alan has mentored and trained me for more than 10 years, more than quadrupling the yearly revenue for Henman Performance Group. I am one of fewer than two dozen people in the world certified in Alan Weiss’s Mentor Mastery Program and approved to mentor at this level. I am also one of twenty-six consultants chosen from more than 1000 eligible participants world wide to be inducted into the Million Dollar Hall of Fame.

    How The Mentoring Program Works

    For people who want to start a consulting business or to jump start an existing one, I offer “total immersion,” a program that consists of two days with me, at my office, to learn how I handle clients, prospects, office management, invoicing, interruptions, writing, etc. Spouses and significant others are welcome to attend as much of the discussions as they like.

    I customize all mentoring programs to meet your unique needs. I start by looking at your current situation, expectations, and fundamental value propositions. Then, together we’ll establish specific mentoring goals.

    The frequency and style of how we work is totally up to you. After the first day of immersion, you may choose to call me on a regular basis, correspond via email, or have me serve as an advisor when you need my help.

    Some individuals require a more highly-structured relationship with me, however. For these people, the mentoring program provides for externally-enforced discipline, in that you are accountable for specific completion activities on certain dates. The areas we may deal with include contacting prospects, creating publicity materials, creating a book proposal, writing articles, writing a book, contacting speakers’ bureaus, creating a web site, following-up on leads, establishing networking events, creating a brand, creating products, etc.
    While working with you personally, I will also provide entry into Alan’s global mentor community, where the following will be available to you:
